The Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield Local Schools Partnerships team is asking for donations to ensure every child gets a gift this Christmas, regardless of financial hardships.
The team is made up of School Family Workers who support families in the Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield area.
They have been offering support in schools and the community for over 10 years. This Christmas, they need the public’s help to ensure none of the families they work with are left out of the festivities due to the cost-of-living increase.
On a GoFundMe page, the team said: “We want every child and young person we work with to truly experience the togetherness and support this season brings.
“Please help us by making a donation. Your donation will ensure each child or young person we work with gets a gift and some festive goodies alongside our existing plans to celebrate this season with our families”.
