Between junctions 6 and 8 southbound, there are one hour standstill queues.

The congestion has been caused by a multi-vehicle collision between junctions 6 and 7. It is currently expected to be cleared by 2.30pm.

Traffic conditions are expected to return to normal at 1.15pm.
