Flooding will cause delays this morning.

Drivers beware that flooding is causing standstill traffic on the M25 this morning (July 30).

Two lanes are closed between junctions 27 and 26, anticlockwise towards Potters Bar and St Albans, while contractors carry out work on the drains and gullys in the central reservation.

There are currently 15 minute delays for drivers along that stretch.

The incident is expected to be cleared by 11am, and traffic conditions will not be back to normal until that time.
